Training and raising awareness about the active offer of French-language health and social services
What is active offer?
The active offer of French-language health and social services consists in proactively proposing, upon the first contact with a patient, a set of French-language services, with confidence and conviction.
The active offer of French-language health and social services is a matter of quality, safety, ethics and fairness.
A CNFS commitment since 2013
Since 2013 CNFS member institutions are committed to training students on the active offer of French health and social services. This training strives to raise awareness about language barriers and other issues related to the delivery of French health services in French minority communities. It prepares future health professionals to become active offer leaders in their workplace.
